And I do my little turn on the catwalk

Cee-Dub is a model- if you know what I mean- and he shakes his little tush on the catwalk.  Ok- so there was no runway- but Christopher did have a photo shoot the other day.  My parents' good friend and neighbor offered up his services to shoot Christopher.  I am so glad we took him up on this offer- because my baby is a natural and Bob does great work!  Here's a little sample of the pictures- let me warn you- they are pretty stinking cute!

Updates

Christopher is continuing to get older and wiser each day.  The wiser is relating to him figuring out just how wonderful sleeping at night can be.  I am happy to report that we have now gone 3 days in a row of sleeping through the night!! If you had asked me 2 years ago what sleeping through the night meant, I would have answered 2:00am-11:00am.  I cannot believe how much my life has changed.  Never could I have guessed how excited I would be to sleep from 10:30pm-6:00am.

And my little man is growing like a weed.  I'm not sure exactly how much he currently weighs, but I am guessing between 11-12 pounds.  And he is getting longer and longer with each passing day.

He has also flipped the switch and started to love the bath.  He definitely gets the love for the bath from his mom.  And tummy time is a favorite of his as well.  He likes to strengthen those neck muscles, look from side to side, and work with his flash cards.

Tummy time and flash card fun with Jack:

Family Photos

Cee-Dub and I are still living a life of leisure in St. Louis and therefore this blog is taking a back seat to lounging, lunching, and nibbling on Christopher's precious cheeks.  Bo came into town for a weekend to visit with me and play with our son.  Christopher and I were so happy to see him!!  Here a some pics from the weekend:

Twins (some have called this a cheesey K-Mart ad-but I think it is adorable):

Our family of three:

Grandpa wanted in on the action (red polos for everyone!):

And Uncle Johnny wanted a twin as well (Christopher was not happy with him creepin' on his style):

Future Bad A$$

Christopher already has his career choice picked out.  Don't you dare mess with him!

Many Firsts

Greetings from the Lou!!  Please excuse my absence, but we have had a busy couple of weeks.  During this time Christopher (or Willy or Cee Dub as some call him) has experienced many firsts: 1st time meeting his Aunts (Leslie and Katie- Cee Dub and Aunt Erin go way back), 1st trip to the C-Town Chow Down, 1st sporting event (More Cowbell won and Daddy scored a Touchdown), 1st mani (thanks Aunt Leslie), !st time meeting Grandpa Britt, 1st multi-state road trip (didn't cry for a 10-hour trip- hallelujah), 1st introduction to all the cousins,  and many many more.  Unfortunately I suck at documenting all of these milestones.  So here are some shots of my adorable little man.
