SNOW FIGHT!!!!

Well there would have been a snow fight if Christopher had the ability to move in his snowsuit.  So instead, we marched around, ate snow, and laughed.  The little man loved every cold second of it.  Then he went inside and demanded a bath and some lunch.  He is definitely a man after my own heart.

MINE!!!

We are thrilled to learn that Christopher has picked up the word "mine" [insert sarcasm here].  It seems as though Christopher owns the world, because everything that he comes into contact with is apparently his.  I'm not sure who we can thank for this (perhaps the older kids at school, or Reesey, or Daddy?), but it is a permanent fixture in his vocabulary.  On the upside, I always cuddle with him before bed and tell him that he is MY baby.  Well last night he pointed at himself and said "Mama's baby".  Melt my heart.  He can be the brattiest kid on the block as long as he is "my baby".

Make no mistake- those trains are NOT YOURS- they are Christopher's.

Guess who's back?!

How the heck has a month gone by since I last posted??  Shame on me and my sub-par blogging.  I blame it on a combination of the fact that my mobile Blogger app won't upload photos, getting ready for the holidays, and just plain lack of motivation to blog.  So I'm going to ease back into it and just go right to the pictures:

Giving Thanks!

We loved our Thanksgiving visit with the Britt fam!  A special thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for putting up with us, "The Management" on Englewood for giving us a reduced rate and access to the business center, Leslie for letting Christopher trash her house while we all enjoyed a nice dinner out, Johnny for becoming my new favorite "party babysitter", Reesey for waiving the restraining order against Christopher to allow us all to spend Thanksgiving together, and Grant for making a mean Bloody Mary.  Maybe one of these times the "intervention" will actually work and we can move there forever (hint hint to Bo if you are still looking for a Christmas gift for me).

So excited to get to the Lou- he couldn't even be bothered to take his hand out of the snack cup!

Oh, was I NOT supposed to pour spaghetti on the ground?

Buzzzzzzzz.

Is Ryan driving away from him or backing up into him???

Loving time with his cousins

Turkey Day with a bunch of turkeys!
Not happy about leaving.

Choo Choo!!

While in the Lou, we made a quick trip over to the Missouri Museum of Transportation.  Since Christopher is so fond of planes, trains, and automobiles (and buses!), we thought he might enjoy this little field trip.  Christopher had a great time looking at the trains, Grandpa and Daddy saw a boat, Grandma bonded with the Nugget, and Mommy froze her a$$ off.  I don't do cold (and yet I live in Cleveland- at least until I can trick Bo into moving south).

If you can read those lips- you recognize that the Nugget is yelling Choo choo at the passing train.

He will see it later Clark, his eyes are frozen.

Driving trains is so fun!

A real life train!

Cutest conductor I've ever seen!

Ho ho horrible experience (for Reesey)

Reesey did not disappoint during our visit to see Santa Claus.  In the words of Ryan "she is going to ruin the Santa photo, again."  God love her.  These pictures make my heart smile.

Do they make them any cuter than this??

You be the judge:

Ok, so maybe they do:

The truth hurts Christopher.

Trip to the Zoo- the Remix- STL Style

We are truly enjoying our Thanksgiving trip to the Lou.  Christopher loves spending time with his cousins; even Reese, and even when she flinches when he steps within 5 feet of her.  One belly bite and one horse-collar has apparently made her a bit apprehensive.  Putting fear aside, Reesey and Ryan and Leslie agreed to join us for a day at the Zoo.  Willy sure did love spending time with these animals:

Just kidding sister.

The zoo was a hit!!  The weather was perfect, it was not crowded, and there were no major meltdowns among any of the children...or Bo!
